Dave (Mgr) and Charles (Mechanic) have been a pleasure to work with when I have needed various transmission services. They give honest assessments of your vehicle condition and realistic work projections. I find they are responsive to my requests and do their best to meet my timelines. Transmission shops can be a source of distress as we wish we never needed their services, but I have found Gateway a pleasure to work with. I actually take my vehicles to them for other repairs as I trust their word and feel they are trying to keep my expenses to a minimum and realistic.
