If I ask a question, D&M Heating & Air Conditioning will take the time and explain how my furnace operates and so on. I have an older furnace, which is why I use D&M. They have the items and parts that regulate and retrofit it so that we can still use that old furnace. A new one would just take forever to pay off.
So they're very open with stuff like that. They're always honest with me. I can't speak for anyone else, but I've never had any problems. When I talk to others who need to service or buy a furnace, I always recommend D&M. They have been straight shooters with me, and I feel like they will continue to be straight shooters.
