Four days before closing the sale of my home, the oven broke during the cleaning cycle. Made an on-line appointment for the next day. Since the oven door was locked, the tech couldn't determine the exact model number. He ordered several versions of the part to assure that one would work. The parts arrived the next day. Made another appointment the next day and the oven was repaired. I am extremely satisfied with the reservation process, speed, cost and effectiveness of the repair.
