A very professional and courteous young man named Steve came to fix our AC. He made sure I was aware of the service charge and he also explained in detail what the problem was and then outlined the cost and waited until I gave him the ok before proceeding to fix it.
He covered his feet each and every time he entered the house and when he was finished with the repairs, he showed me the old parts and explained exactly what he had done to fix the problem. I was very impressed by his professionalism and his politeness. Should I ever need any other repairs, I will be sure to call Sobieski again.
