We invited Ameren to inspect our home for potential areas that were costing us money in heating or cooling losses. Mr Richard Rocket did an inspection and found several areas that we could improve on. He replaced light bulbs and water faucets that helpled immediately. We then pulled up a list of approved dealers that could do the work necessary. Guaranteed Comfort was one of several that we invited to give us a bid on a new furnace and A/C unit. (Ours was 21 yrs old). Jim Flemings presentation and expertise stood out. His bid was competived and when the work was completed it met all of our expectations. I might also add that with the help of the Ameren Act on program, and by acting within the guidelines laid out we were able to save over a $1000.00 dollars, in fact even after we paid Guaranteed Comfort, they found an additional $200.00 that was available in rebates. The work was done according to the bid, done on time, and the installers were very professional, and helpful. We would highly reccommend this company, and this program to anyone.
