The people from Cool Air Technologies were very prompt! When they came out, they were very informative, and helped us on other home projects. They explained in detail the whole operation. There was a platform in the attic that held the unit, and Cool Air Technologies constructed a whole new platform that allowed more room to get into the attic and to walk around. It was a lot more accessible! I really appreciated what they did. From beginning to end, I was really pleased with them. They did a great job and I was happy with them!
