I had contracted with a different moving company who ended up being a broker, and didn't even show up on the day of the move! I had to get out of the house; my lease was up, and I had a flight the next day. I called up Eco, attracted to the name. They had availability for my move, and my rep Lorna, stayed on the phone with me for hours to make sure my quote would be as accurate as possible. They showed up 5 hours later, with the inventory list in hand, and started loading everything on the truck. When they told me my price I let out a sigh of relief; I didn't pay a penny more than what was quoted me originally earlier that day. The delivery was as fast as can be expected with such a long distance.
