I had my 55 inch Samsung go on the fritz on Doug was great to work with. He was able to come to the house after hours after my wife and I got home from work to work on the problem. He onyl asked that we pay him his fee for coming out ONE TIME! He diagnosed the problem as best he could and the came out the second time to install the power board. It didn't fix the problem, he suggested another aleternative and then came out a third time to install that piece and again, no charge. In the end, the problem with the tv that we came to realize was not worth the money we would have to put into it, and decided to purchase a new TV.
I had spoken to another repair company that was going to charge me $70 for each trip they made to my house. Doug made 3 trips for his one time fee, which was less than half that. I highly reccomend Doug and if anythign should happen to my newest TV in the future, he is the first one I will call.
