My daughter and I recently bought a car from Hackensack Nissan. We were a little nervous being two women knowing nothing about cars going to a dealership by ourselves; however, the minute we walked in the door we were made to feel comfortable. Our sales person was Phil. He was awesome and put no pressure on us to make a purchase or hurry up. He made us feel very comfortable and was very patient as we drove car after car. Once we decided to buy a car they sent us to JR who got us an incredible interest rate. When we went to pick the car up Phil was so helpful he showed my daughter exactly what the car did and told us all about all the different gadgets. They got the car completely ready for us and we left with all our questions answered. I couldn't ask for a better experience at a dealership.
