went to ryans for a nice early mothers day dinner and we were not seated at the table like normally when you walk into a restruant then they gave my husband a small childs glass said they didnt have enough glasses for him to have a adult size glass they gave him 2 refills in his glass for the 45 min we sat there about the time we were about to leave they brought him a larger glass. The ranch dressing on the salad bar was warm,the nacho cheeses sauce was like water. the piece of steak i ordered was not well done it was still raw. my 2 year old daughter got a drink with her meal and the waitress didnt bother to bring it to her. we hardley seen our waitress just the 1 time when she brought our drinks and then one other when she filled his glass and that was it. was no where to be found. looked for a manager couldnt find one. wanted chocolate ice cream for desert didnt have it or swirl even didnt have nothing but vanila i paid the evening price for dinner and it was not even worth the amount i spent the desert bar had no pies on it whats so ever they must be really going down hill. I had gone to home town buffet before going to ryans and they were closed so we decided to just go on to ryans i will neaver go to this place again. i feel if im going to spend 30 dollars for my family to have a meal i better get what i pay for. very poorrrr......
