We were in Las Vegas for a few days vacation. On our way out the car started making a horrible growling noise.
After we checked in we called the desk to see if they could reccommend a reputable mechanic. Earl's was quite close to our hotel and the told us to give it a try.
We were quite impressed with the service and the friendliness of the shop guys. They took it for a ride and thought they had found the problem but after fixing a couple of little things discovered that was indeed not the problem but that we had a faulty transmission. The car is quite old and has lots and lots of miles on it so we decided not to have it replaced. We had to insist that they take money for the other work because they refused to bill us as they had not fixed the real problem. WoW. Amazing!! Thanks guys.
