My apartment building is very funny about what service companies they let in or allow to service our building. But it was the middle of the night and the regular locksmith just wasn't answering the phone. So I called A to Z instead, and they worked with the front office dispatch so that they were able to come and help me out. Now they are authorized for my building and all my neighbors are using them as well. Thank you so much!
