Don't trust the positive reviews, they can be easily faked. Ask for customer reference list and most important CALL those customers before you sign up with any company.
Big Splash really has a huge problem with communicating to the customer. Any questions or problems you might run into over time will remain unanswered. You get a quick reply or message to pacify the customer. If you don't stay on top of them issues, it stays unresolved.
