Howdy Honda is really good at explaining whatever the problem going on. They'll test it and do only what needs to be done. If there are changes, they'll call you to check in and discuss it with you before they go repairing anything. They really go the extra mile for their customers.
There was an instance where there was a crack in the master cylinder, and without them checking everything and being thorough, it would not have been found, so they really saved me there. I trust them completely, and I think that is the biggest recommendation I can give.
Everyone is very courteous, friendly, helpful and follow-up with you. I never get the feeling that they are tired or frustrated. They all seem excited about what they are doing and the work is excellent.
