I was accused of pulling a gun on the alleged victim and robbing him at gun point. State offered me a sentence of 3-6 years in jail at the NH State Prison if I pled Guilty. Don Topham advised me to take the State to Trial, and I did. Result after Trial - NOT Guilty Jury Verdict. Thank you Don! I couldn't get through this without your help!
