I found this company to be OK when we went in. They began to rush us as soon as they realized that they had one other customer to wait on besides us, and the woman taking care of us was the only one around. The store is very dark and you can barely see the color you are selecting.
I wanted to add shoes to my order and have been calling continually over the past days. No one answers the numbers on the websites and the caller is ultimately directed to an automated request for a remote access code, something that no occasional customer would have. I'm regretting not going to someplace a bit more upscale like Joseph A Bank. I would not be so nervous about what the final results were going to be.
