I ordered some flowers yesterday for my aunt who happens to live just a few blocks from their location. I asked for a same day delivery and I was promised it would be delivered the same day. That did not happen. I called this morning to find out what happened. The woman who answered the phone said the delivery is scheduled for today. She did not seem like she cared that a wrong was done to me. She offered a cold apology through her teeth, and she was quick to say if I wanted to cancel the order that I could do so. She was very cold and unprofessional.
