This is my go to place for yoga. I usually take Val's classes but I've heard good things about the other instructors as well.
Besides yoga, I also go to Val's many special events, potlucks, movie nights, seminars, kirtans, meditation. You name it, she hosts it. Great community.
Lastly, I highly recommend going on Val's yoga retreats. I just went to Hawaii with her and several others. What a blast, and she found us one of the best hotels on the island at reasonable prices.
