Worst car experience ever! Installed terrible Crime Stopper alarm. Alarm goes off in the middle of the night for no reason, car electrical system shut the car down on the highway, could not get in car and had to call for help, etc. AND they scratched up my car and it had to be repainted! DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I told them I wanted refund for alarm and they said they can't. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE experience. The manager was a joke.
