I am from out of town and came across Artisans while on vacation. I purchased a watch and a bracelet from Artisans and when I returned home both items broke. The very next day I called to advise artisans I was shipping the items back to them and would like them to credit my credit card. They advised me the could not do that, they could give me an in store credit. I advised them I was from out of town and would not be in the area again. She told me that she was sorry but this is the office policy. I asked to speak with the owner and she told me they are not available. I asked for the owners email and they refused to give it to me. I am not going to drop this that easy. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever delt with. I will never shop there again and you can mark my word I will make my story known to others!!!
