Dorian the service technician has been coming by my home since we hired Spott last year. I don?t know how the others technicians are but this guy always calls first, spends a ton of time on my home brings up the garbage cans and is always really friendly. He always knocks on the door before spraying to ask if there is anything else he can do. Once I didn?t answer because I wanted to see if he would do a sloppy job. I was blown away that he still worked just as hard on my home even when he believed no one was there. If you hire Spott ask for Dorian!!!!
