I called on a Tuesday evening, My compressor went out and this is only a 6 year oil unit. I had Arvell Moore install. Well I received a call back and was told they would try to get somebody that night, however due to the time I called (6pm) they would be out first thing in the morning. Well the next day, I waited till about 11am. No calls, no service guy, so I called them and got the answering service. I explained myself, and she said she would relay the message. Then about 1pm, I called again, I didn't get a phone call from them or any information as to when the service guy would show up. Then about 2pm, I called back and told the answering service if I didn't get a call back within 1 hour, I was going to get somebody else to do the repair. They called back then and said it would be in the afternoon. If that was the time they were going to be able to get there, then they should have said that. I would not recommend for any AC work. They don't return calls until you threaten them to use somebody else. My dad used these guys years ago and they were great. NOW THEY SUCK!! DON""T USE THEM!!
