We purchased a Dyson from Target and had problems with it from the start. After speaking with Carla from Twin City Vacuum, we decided it was time to look for a more reliable vacuum cleaner. She showed us numerous different brands of vacuums and their differences before we finally decided on a Riccar which is also made in the USA. I have had my new Riccar for over a week now and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! I will recommend all my friends and family to Twin City Vacuum.
