My brother wanted my mother to be laid at the Ortiz Funeral home on the Grand Concourse in the Bronx, but with no parking I could not agree. One of the staff members at the hospice my mother was at recommended the Ortiz Funeral home on Westchester Ave in the Bronx.
I am so glad we went there. Michelle was great. We went there knowing nothing and she guided us step by step with everything. The price was great, the service and support was great.
There were a couple of problems, but nothing major. I would recommend this Funeral Home to anyone who is strapped for money and want decent, compassionate people to help.
