I purchased the sunset cruise with the purpose of celebrating a surprise birthday. I made my reservation for November. One couple flew from NY, the other couple drove from West Palm Beach and we came from Broward . We arrived to Miami Beach to find an empty office. We had called earlier to make sure and confirm our reservation but no one answered the phone. After waiting for 45 minutes, we decided to leave to a nearby restaurant to have the birthday celebration. We finally get a phone call apologizing for FORGETTING to make the arrangements for our cruise. They ruined the whole celebration. I received an email from Rami saying that we could schedule the cruise again and HE will give me my money back for his company lack of customer service the same day we go on the cruise.
I rescheduled the cruise for December. After gathering two couples, paying for two babysitters and driving all the way down to Miami AGAIN, 30 minutes before our cruise I get a call from I-95 Exotic saying the they had to cancel the cruise because of weather conditions. REALLY? They could have called in the morning and avoid all the expense of babysitter and driving.
I reschedule the cruise for a Saturday in March. The first couple flew again down to Broward from New York for the weekend. We arranged for babysitter again. I started calling Rami at 8am, leaving at least 5 voice mails. I got a call two hours before the cruise asking whom i made the reservation with because they didn't have any boats reserved for me. SERIOUSLY?
I was beyond upset. After explaining my frustration to the clueless guy that worked there, he was able to book us on a boat for that day. We got there and of course they guy had no idea about Rami's written offer of getting my money back. He wrote my address and said that a check will be mailed. Finally, our trip was nice and the Capitan and the crew very attentive but they were not associated whatsoever with I-95 exotic owner or office staff and the way they conduct business.
After several emails and phone calls, as of today, I have not heard from Rami or received my refund check in the mail.
There are many similar business in Miami and Broward that will go beyond their means to make a costumer happy and provide a good service. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS ONE!! there is a big chance that your plans will be ruined. I'm happy for the few people that were able to have no problems.
The couples I brought on my cruise work for Concierge services at the Ritz Carlton and W Hotel Starwood and they have never seen such bad costumer service. They made sure this business is never to be referred to any guests.
