I love my VW Jetta. Beginning and ending each service visit, I continue to be pleasantly surprised by the level of professionalism, respect for it's customers, and quality of service. After determining additional service time was necessary, I was OFFERED a loaner! The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and provides a work station for your laptop! The costs of repairs were competitive with quality service stations. I appreciate exceptional service - it's hard to find. Thank you!
