My boyfriend came into BMW last week to test drive a used car we saw online. We spoke to Vince on the phone and he directed us to their south Virginia lot. We arrived and Vince helped us right away. He was very honest with us and off the bat told us that he is no Volkswagen expert, so he may not have all the answers to any questions that we had. The car was in great shape and we liked it immediately. The processing was easy enough and Vince made the sales experience very understandable for someone with little car-buying knowledge. We finalized paperwork with Nadeem who was very helpful and extremely patient with the few problems we had along the way. Everyone was very willing to work with us and were understanding of the small hiccups we encountered. Overall the experience was great and we would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone.
