Horrible service. Incredibly unprofessional. Apparently it is store policy to close early without informing anyone. When I explained to the man on the phone that I had driven 40 minutes to pick up my shoes only to find a closed store *before* it was supposed to be closed, he actually laughed at me. He proceeded to inform me that it's NORMAL for them to skip out early. Stay away.
