First, extremely expensive for any job.
They recently messed removing a shower valve. In my absence, instead of opening from the accessible drywall in the back of the shower, they opened the shower tiled interior wall... at an invoice of $800. I had then to have others install the valve and new tiles. Because those were special tiles, it was impossible to match.
Other plumbers who saw the job confirmed it could have been done in 1/2 hour if through the drywall, at no damage to the tiles.
Furthermore, the owner, Ray, refused at my request to come see the messy job.
