I took my laptop to Ginstar for a hard drive upgrade. They worked quickly- I'll give them that- my laptop was ready to be picked up within two hours after I'd dropped it off. HOWEVER, when I got home and turned it on, I received an error message, telling me that the laptop no longer recognized my battery. When I took my laptop back to Ginstar to have them trouble shoot the problem, the Tech Guy lied to my face, and told me that the battery (which was brand new, BTW) was dead, and that my problem had nothing to do with their work.
