Honest, to the point, great experience. We had bad experiences with other stores, I had second opinion with fawzi, and they said what the other store quoted that we need to have big repair on our car which cost $700 was a lie. We also had another second opinion with the dealer which support fawzi's diagnose. Since then we have been very happy with their service.
