I had a plumber, unable to do the snaking job on my washing machine / sink main line. He suggested calling RotoRooter. Thank everything I got Stephen Hughes. He was fantastic, always willing to explain everything he was doing, checking 3 different areas, unfailingly courteous. Best of all, he fixed the main issue while he was there, identified another potential issue and gave me a recommendation for a sewer guy, and then 99% fixed a third problem, while only charging me for the first. He said he felt it wasn't ethical to charge me for the (it must have been 2+ hours of work) when it wasn't 100% golden, like the main issue's fix. Incredible. Really. I'd adopt him.
