Don't go to this doctor. My fiance went to her for a workman's comp injury. She did one injection and didn't even apply for the second one because "they won't approve it." When he insisted she apply, they approved it. It still wasn't enough and months later he was calling back to set up an appointment. Her secretary is the devil and they hardly ever answer the phone. When they do, they are extremely rude and when they don't and you leave a message, they never return your call. You probably think I'm exaggerating. Go ahead and call and see for yourself. But if it's a workmans comp injury, don't take the chance, because once you choose your doctor, you are stuck unless you get a referral from the doctor, and if they never answer the phone and never return your calls and won't help you at all, then you'll never get that referral, you'll be stuck with no way out. So don't do it!
