i took my rpized ring to them to have the stone put back in.i had it back 2 weeks and found my stone gone.i went back to them to find they don't care or feel it is their fault.2 weeks,and all i was doing was playing catch with my dog.they were rude and i will never go back.it will now cost me $800 to get new stone and the family value of the ring is gone.
