Worst.Service.Ever. Hired Dolphin Pool Supplies in Clinton Township to replace an in ground pool liner. The owner said that the entire process from measuring to installing would take 3 weeks. Not only did it take them almost 6 weeks but they didn???t call to let us know what was going on nor did they return our calls unless it was with an excuse. Paid for a water truck which they never ordered, therefore our hose had to run for almost 3 days to fill our 16,500 gallon pool, installers requested we ask our neighbors to use their hoses. Appointment to install was on a Friday afternoon, no call, no show. Saturday, one call with an excuse, arrived mid morning on Sunday to do the job, again with more excuses. Pool was measured 4 times by the installer and the owner, yet they still managed to measure incorrectly and wanted to charge us for their error???then acted like he was doing us a favor for all the issues we had by waiving this add???l charge.
