I absolutely agree with the other persons review. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE........... I took my phone in because it was having issues, and they told me to pick it up in an hour. When I picked it up there was a peice that had broken off the face of my phone. When I spoke to the associate who serviced my phone, they said it was already there. I said, uh no I am sure of it. I spoke to the manager and she said she believed the associate over me. She then proceeds to ask me if I want to buy a cover for my phone to cover the blemish. I just looked at the manager and said are you serious, and I walked out. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS STORE AGAIN................... This experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
