The staff was friendly and helpful, and the technician, Ike, who came to my house was exceptional. After inspecting my property for additional possible problems, and making his recommendations with associated costs, he got to work on my pocket gopher problem. I did not feel I needed the additional recommendations and Ike was not overly pushy about the up-sell. However, there was a misunderstanding regarding the original price quote I got when I made the appointment which Ike handled well by calling his manager. After some explanation and discussion, the manager made the situation right by charging me the original price I was quoted on the phone. Still waiting to see if my pocket gopher problem is cured, which may take a couple of weeks, but my fingers are crossed! I would recommend this company to others -- just make sure you understanding their pricing clearly, and get the name of the person you make the appointment with.
