In my experience, I've worked mostly not with Lane but Jack. He's always friendly and remembers my name and vehicle. He always makes recommendations and gives me truthful statements about my vehicle, and he always tries to find a way to save me money if possible. That's not a compromise of quality, but just a means of figuring out and forecasting when is best to do the repairs. For example, he'll tell me when I'm 8000 away from an upcoming service so I have time to think about it.
