I felt that I was treated fairly and that genuine concern was shown for my car and not about getting money out of me. My car needed numerous repairs and I was pleased the repairs were suggested based on need and not in order of cost. In fact, the more expensive repairs were ordered less. My car runs great now and I will come back to Quality and Tire next time.
