If it were within my power I would give them a zero star rating. Replaced compressor switch, time at house = 10 minutes, cost = $180. Refrigerator worked for one day then died again. My calls not returned so after 2 days went into store and spoke directly to them. Said I needed another part 7-10 days later came to my house and without replacing part said it was a bad compressor after all. No refund for the $80 part they put on or the $30 labor charge. A professional would have only charged the $65 house call and told me the first time what was wrong with it. They repair by trial and error--very unprofessional. I should have known this when I entered their showroom which has a cat wandering around in it and I am very allergic to cats. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Run--don't walk away from this business. more
