I was dismayed and disappointed when reading the disparaging remarks about the Management at Bucks County-specifically Allison, the Spa Director. I would like to share my wonderful experience at Toppers Bucks County, and how Allison helped us and turned a problem into a solution! I had recently booked some appts on line for my sister and myself, to congratulate her on her new job-- a Spa Day- perfect way to celebrate! I took advantage of the on-line discounts, and booked our appointments on-line- I thought I had done everything right, but, I inadvertently booked the wrong services, and I did not read the whole booking policy, so when we arrived at the Spa, We had all the wrong appointments booked- since, I was out of town traveling and did not get back into Bucks County until the night before the services, I did not receive a confirmation call- hence, the problem when we arrived- The Front Desk Person (I do not know this ""Nick"" person, we had a lovely lady assist us) was very kind, but could not really help us, so, I asked to speak with the Manager- Allison came out, greeted us, and went over the booking problem- I freely admitted this was my fault- and Allison quickly surmised what the problem was, and said that, ""No problem-give me a moment and wewill take care of this- and get you the appointments you wanted."" As this was a Saturday, and the Spa was busy, I was immensely impressed-aside from having to wait 20 minutes for our nail treatments we had a WONDERFUL time and, BIG KUDOS to Allison for helping us,correcting the booking, and allowing us to have a Great Spa Day! She was kind,calm, respectful, and COMPLETELY PROFESSIONAL! The ONLY thing I will agree with the previous review is that the Massage Therapists, Aestheticians, and Nail Techs are wonderful! I was actually going to write a glowing review about this, but, on Monday I was back at work and I got busy again and forgot. It wasn't until a friend I recommended Toppers to alerted me to this review that I have decided to respond. I work in Sales/Marketing, and I can say that it is best to keep these reviews professional- not personal- and to share experiences- not feelings about a person- let's keep it professional. Allison handled our experiences beautifully and professionally- Terrific Manager!
