I wanted to improve the clarity and sound of my car audio system. I went to Sound Blazers and met the owner, Sam. He went out to my car with me and asked me what I wanted the system to sound like. After listening to my concerns and my system, he said he know exactly what I needed. We went inside and made an appointment to have the components put in.
I brought the car in, Sam welcomed me, took my car immediately to the back and a few hours later called to let me know it was ready. It sounded great.
As I continued to listen to it, I realized I wanted to “tweak” it a little (treble and mids were a little too low). I dropped by Sound Blazers a few days later and told Sam of my concerns. He immediately suggested I bring it around back and let George, a great installer, work with me to get it just the way I wanted it. After about twenty minutes George had made the slight adjustments that made the system sound perfect.
My whole experience was very positive. They listened to my needs, preformed the work professionally and then even adjusted it, just to make sure I was totally satisfied. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to improve their sound system.
