I think right off the bat that Dr. Richardson and his staff are just really caring, kind, friendly, nice, and personable. Personality wise they are kind and I don't feel that they take advantage of you. They tell you what you need to do and they are not trying to rip you off, instead they are looking after you and the health of your teeth.
