I am a repeat customer of Alamo Door and Awning. First I needed a few extra remotes and it was amazing how they made duplicates so quickly. This time, a storm had knocked out the remotes, none of the 3 were working, so I called them and they came out the next day and fixed them.
You would be wise to use Alamo, the service is excellent.
