I usually don't write reviews but I had the best car buying experience with this dealership. I recently purchased a 2012 Ford Explorer. I knew about the vehicle and I knew exactly what I wanted, so I really didn't need to be sold on the car, I just wanted a good deal. I shopped the 2 other ford dealers, shawnee misson and throughbred and was shocked at the trade value they gave me and really didn't offer me any incentives on the new vehicle. I was so happy when I went to Gary Crossley ford, they gave me a fair price for my trade, gave me a great discount on the explorer I wanted and didn't try to talk me into a different vehicle and were very nice about it. I didn't feel any pressure and they made it easy to purchase it. I didn't have to stay all day, they were quick with the paperwork and gave me a great review of the technology in the car. I also have free car washes whenever I want!! Anyway, they have way more cars than the other dealers and I'm referring everyone that asks about my new explorer which I love!
