I recently bought a 2012 Ford Escape from Gary Crossley Ford. I live out of town, and was referred to them by some co-workers. Toby was wonderful, getting me in the vehicle I wanted, in my price range. When I arrived at the dealership to sign the paperwork and pick up my truck, it was dark and raining, so I couldn't see everything well. The next morning I found a crack in the windshield. They got my windshield replaced the next day. They have followed up with me multiple times to make sure I am happy with my truck (Which I am - I love it!), that I know how to use the technology available for it, and even to make sure I had my servicing schedule lined up. I won't be getting my service done there, as it's too far away, but that didn't matter to them. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. I would recommend Gary Crossley Ford to anyone in the Kansas City area, and even further away like myself. I've bought a few vehicles in my life, and this was one of the shortest visits I've had to get the deal done. It truly was a positive experience.
