Richard Gaynes - we had to bring in our MDX In for a recall. I had the good fortune of dealing with Matt, one of the service writers. Not only was he friendly when he first made contact with me, but his attitude did not change the entire time Imwas at the dealership. I asked I'm about so,e trouble I was having with the entertainment unit and with the navigation unit. When the recall repairs were finished, Matt sat with me explaining both units and the little tricks that go I to operating the units correctly. At NO time did feel rushed - I know he would stay with me until I had a complete understanding of both units. It is people like Matt that cause smeone like me to come back to the dealership. I would give the dealership 5 stars! Thanks Matt, job well done! more
