I am a patron who never writes reviews, good, bad, or indifferent. However, I just ate at Food Gallery and found a dead roach at the bottom of my ox tails and rice. As you can imagine this was a very horrifying event and what's even worse is this was my first time eating there. I will be perfectly honest, the food tasted amazing. I was even thinking to myself how I would be eating there again and sending my friend. They actually have a food grade of an A and even a ""Golden Spatula Award."" Despite that they clearly have roaches. To top it off the guy behind the counter was unapologetic and had the nerve to ask me if I wanted more food or my money back. Then, once I made it clear I didn't want anything else to eat there he had the audacity to tell me that they normally don't give refunds. Worst dining experience of my life. As an African-American woman, I hate to do this to a black owned buisness, but this it totally unacceptable.
