This company thinks it is the only one that knows any thing about computers. WRONG!!! When my computer had problems, I first called this company. They were rude right from the start and treated me like a second class citizen, because they thought they knew more about computers than anyone else. WRONG!! Again!! They then stated it would take at least 3 weeks to repair my computer. Know what I did: Sought another opinion and had my computer back in less than a week. It is safe to say I wouldn't be using these folks at alllll.
