have been ording for special occasions for 27 years, unfortunately ordered the last. Placed order two weeks in advance and received call day of pickup that cake would not be ready for 3 hours after time I ordered for. Not having the ingredients needed to complete the cake is sort of rediculous, bananas and strawberries!!! Just a sorry doesn't cut it. But I do realized that they have so many customers I am not regarded and neither will you. They don't need the business and respect the long time customers who actually got them where they are today....very sad. Very bad customer service.
